  While out & about on business, we stopped in here for a late breakfast/early lunch. That was our second stop-in here. Good, basic food; friendly, helpful waitresses. It's just one of those basic mom & pop diners, this one with the ubiquitous cowboy theme, that you find all over small town, off-the-interstate, America.
  
  Well worth the stop if you're in the vicinity and hungry.

  I decided to take my family out to eat here a couple days ago. We found a seat, waited a couple minutes which was fine. Our waitress took our drink orders and gave us some time to look over the menu. She came back and took our order but she had an attitude the entire time. I ended up getting chicken fried chicken which came with 2 sides and a salad. I picked what potatoes I wanted but wasn't allowed to sub anything for the corn. I waited until our food arrived (never got my salad). After receiving the rest of the food I mentioned I never got my salad. The waitress then rolled her eyes and went to the kitchen and brought my salad out. We never heard from the waitress again until we asked for the ticket to leave. The only thing that saved this place from getting lower than a 3 star review is the fact that the food tasted great. Now, the waitress could have been having a bad night but that is no excuse to treat customers the way she and and ignore us like she did.
